New-Man Prostate Cancer Support Group
The South Dorset Prostate Cancer Support Group was established in 2010 by Barry Newman in conjunction with Alison Lowndes, Cancer Nurse Specialist at Dorset County Hospital. Since then we have grown and now have more than 40 members.
In August 2014 Barry Newman lost his 15 year battle with this disease and sadly passed away. In his honour and memory the group has been renamed as New-Man Prostate Cancer Support

Hinton St Mary
Hinton St Mary is situated in the Blackmore Vale, one mile from Sturminster Newton and approximately 10 miles from Shaftesbury, Blandford, Sherborne and Gillingham. The river Stour is on the eastern boundary where lies the much photogaphed Cutt Mill, sadly now partly ruined by fire.
